Tony managed four endowments over the past 20 years as a complement to a 23-year career at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers where he worked with official institutions globally on the investment and risk management of their foreign exchange reserve assets. He is Chairman of the Board of the Milbank Memorial Fund, Treasurer of the Memton Fund, Treasurer of the International Center of Photography, Treasurer of All Souls Church and former President of the Union Club of New York.

Tony received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University.
