Our senior partners boast a combined 120 years and $120B of institutional investment experience.  Our vision is to be the premier investor and developer in single and multifamily residential properties in Silicon Valley, NY and Austin.  These Tech-Centered Cities are increasing their market share of venture capital Investments and are home to a growing number of unicorn startups.  They are epicenters of wealth creation through new technologies such as AI, Automation and Fusion.

Leadership

Our Team at Cypress Capital Group comprises a select group of accomplished professionals. The partners, with their extensive experience, joined forces in 2011 to establish an opportunistic real estate investment and development firm. Prior to this, they held senior leadership roles, including CEO, President, and Managing Partner, at some of the world’s most renowned pension funds, hedge funds, and private equity firms.

Our collective expertise spans multiple economic cycles, demonstrating our resilience and adaptability. Furthermore, our global experience has seen us manage operations in major financial hubs such as New York, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and San Francisco. This global perspective and wealth of experience form the foundation upon which we build successful real estate investments and relationships with our clients.

Cypress Capital Group seeks high risk adjusted returns of 20% IRR with a strict preservation of capital discipline.  Our investments yield lower probabilities of economic loss due to prime locations, dynamic leverage strategies and upper income end users.

Our investors’ risk/reward profiles align with our long term investment objectives.  Given our investment thesis, investors come from Family Offices and Institutions, often with a venture capital or tech background.
