We are excited to share that Cypress Capital Group has secured a $20M prime rental development opportunity at the intersection of Brooklyn’s most desirable residential submarkets (Boerum Hill, Park Slope and Gowanus).
The project, the middle building in our rendering, is a boutique 13-story rental building just blocks from Barclays Center and will benefit from long-term housing demand, strong transit connectivity, and ongoing neighborhood transformation.
